Resizing or Modification Services

For resizing or modification services, customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees both to and from our atelier.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept refunds or returns for customized items.
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for items of equal or higher value, with any price difference covered by the customer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
